I was looking for a podiatrist who could put my Humpty Dumpty foot back together after a bad experience with a previous doctor. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Lerman. There was just one shot at getting it right, and he did it! I am now five months post surgery, walking 2 miles a day on the beach, and chasing after my grandchildren. Dr Lerman truly gave me my life back - and best of all, it’s a life without foot pain. I’m very thankful to have found such a talented, compassionate, and caring doctor. Dr. Chen is incredibly friendly, caring, and skillful. I've visited the office five times over the past 18 months for treatment on my toenails, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Dr Bruce Lerman is my surgeon and podiatrist. He is well versed in his craft. He was able to salvage my big toe without fusion, completing a joint arthroplasty with cartilage replacement. Dr. Chen is the best...  I met Dr. Chen when my Brother was admitted to O'Conner Hospital with a severe diabetic ulcer on the bottom of his foot. He immediately did the necessary procedures to save his foot, and his follow-up at the Wound Care center is always top notch. He always takes the time to let you know the progress and is not afraid to tell you about his concerns.  Dr. Chen always greets you with a handshake and a smile and he always puts his patients first. Dr. Chen!!!  Took his time answering my questions, explaining procedures and writing out terms to research to further clarify foot-related terminology.  Last month I went to another podiatrist who was not competent or caring.  She did not say anything should be done about the severe bunion on my left toe. I met Dr. Chen at O'Connor hospital ER, when I went in due to very infected wound on the bottom of my foot.  The infection had expanded to my bone.  The Valley Medical Center podiatrist wanted to amputate part of my foot to remove the infected bone & tissue.  Dr. Chen had a more inventive surgery solution that did not include any amputation.  My surgery went well. My recovery was problem free, as I followed Dr. Chen's instructions diligently.  Today I have all 10 toes & walking without any limitations.  Dr. Chen is awesome! TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER!!!  Dr. Chen is an amazing and fantastic podiatrist.  He quickly assessed my condition of arthritis, provided great pain management, recommended the proper footwear and showed me a new way to tie my shoes to lessen the aggravating pain. I went to see Dr. Chen for a chronic pain in my foot/toes. This issue was causing me a lot of discomfort and concern and I had been putting it off for a while. Everyone in the office was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. Dr. Chen gave me a diagnosis within just a few minutes and spent a good amount of time with me talking me through it and answering lots of questions, I didn't feel rushed. I left his office with actionable steps about how I can begin to improve the condition without medication or surgery.
